Use our Online Leadership Soft Skills Program as a standalone course or to supplement your current program. Based on our Leadership Skills Program, this e-learning program teaches students 18 different leadership soft skills. It features guided lessons and automatic progress monitoring, instructing students through practical applications of these invaluable skills. Additionally, it enables students to submit exercises digitally to their teachers for grading and accountability. An instructor portal is also included with a guide for using the program, CTSO alignments and student completion certificates.

Supplement your program with select lessons as teaching time allows or focus on all 18 lessons for 15-20 hours of course content.

• Self-paced learning and information about soft skills

• The number of students who can use the subscriptions depends on the license purchased:
• The teacher license means an individual teacher and all of their students may use the program
• A site license is good for all students within a school building and multiple teachers within the school.
• A district license may be used for students and teachers within the school district at multiple school buildings.

• Yes! Teachers and students access the lessons and activities through different portals

• Yes! Realityworks provides a certification for completed courses

• No. Many of the student’s assignments and answers are subjective and turned into instructors for grading and evidence of skill mastery

• No. However, if teachers choose to assign lessons individually, a specific URL can be posted within the LMS currently in use. Similarly, students can save and submit completed assignments and submit via the current system

• Not yet. This is something we are actively working on.

• Yes! Our Leadership Soft Skills Program uses paper-based lesson plans, scenario cards and student workbooks to address the same key topics.
